When our 20+ year old A/C unit decided it had worked for long enough... I personally worked with Jon and he was able to quickly and efficiently set up an appointment to come out to my house and diagnose the issue. After presenting multiple options, which I appreciated, we decided on updating the entire HVAC system. Jon is professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and wants to make sure the job is done right. I am very happy with my experiece and my house has never been cooled or heated this good! He was also able to install an updated thermostat that I purchased myself, again, something I appteciated. Jon was also able to share with me rebate opportunities through my utility companies. I highly recommend their services!!
